Dear Homeowner:

Please find below information on how to best prepare your home that will be photographed for a virtual tour.  The photographs
that we will take for your virtual tour may be used for magazines, flyers, Multiple Listing Service used by area realtors, and the
below National Web Site portals.
  • www.Realtor.com - #1 Home Search on the Internet
  • duPont Registry Web site & HomeDebut.com
  • Other National Real Estate Search Sites such as MSN, Netscape, AOL, Google, and more!

As you can see, these photos will be key in helping to sell your home.  It would be beneficial for you to prepare for this
important filming of your home by following some very simple guidelines that are suggested below.

SCHEDULING:
You will be called by your agent or the photographer to schedule and/or confirm your appointment time.

PETS: We love pets, but it would be very helpful if you could arrange a safe place such as a garage during the filming.

PREPARING THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME:
  • Remove cars from your driveway and surrounding street
  • Remove or roll up garden hoses in front and back yards
  • Request neighbors if possible to remove cars, trash containers, etc...
  • Pick up children's toys, pet bowls, and yard equipment
  • Have your outside yard areas neatly manicured and clutter free
  • Have all pools & spas looking great with patio furniture displayed in an inviting manner
(Arrange so you couldn't wait to sit there!)
PREPARING THE INSIDE OF YOUR HOME:
  • Typical Inside Scenes include Living, Family, Dining, Kitchen, Master & Master Bath
  • Remove clutter in areas that we will be filming such as magazines, newspapers, toys & pet food bowls
  • Add decorator touches such as fresh flowers and plants.  But remember... Less is More
  • KITCHENS, BATHS & MASTER BEDROOMS
  • Please remove magnets and pictures from the refrigerator
  • Clear countertops as much as possible
  • Have towels neatly arranged or removed in all areas
  • Have beds neatly made and master bedroom free of clutter
  • FIREPLACE/HEARTH
  • Free of clutter and have well lit if possible - it is usually the focal point of the room
BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL
  • Open draperies, turn off ceiling fans, and turn on as many lights as possible
  • With your help, we will be able to maintain an efficient filming schedule and will be able to provide you with
    professional photography of your property.

Thanking you in advance for your cooperation, we look forward to working with you.
