information on how to best prepare your home that will be photographed
for a virtual tour. The photographs
that we will take for your virtual tour may be used for magazines,
flyers, Multiple Listing Service used by area realtors, and the
below National Web Site portals.

As you can see, these
photos will be key in helping to sell your home. It would be
beneficial for you to prepare for this
important filming of your home by following some very simple guidelines
that are suggested below. |
SCHEDULING: You
will be called by your agent or the photographer to schedule and/or
confirm your appointment time.
PETS:
We love pets, but it would be very helpful if you could arrange a safe
place such as a garage during the filming.

PREPARING THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME: |
- Remove cars from your
driveway and surrounding street
- Remove or roll up
garden hoses in front and back yards
- Request neighbors if
possible to remove cars, trash containers, etc...
- Pick up children's
toys, pet bowls, and yard equipment
- Have your outside yard
areas neatly manicured and clutter free
- Have all pools & spas
looking great with patio furniture displayed in an inviting manner
(Arrange so you couldn't wait to sit there!)

PREPARING THE INSIDE OF YOUR HOME: |
- Typical Inside
Scenes include Living, Family, Dining, Kitchen, Master & Master Bath
- Remove clutter in areas
that we will be filming such as magazines, newspapers, toys & pet food
bowls
- Add decorator touches
such as fresh flowers and plants. But remember... Less is More

KITCHENS, BATHS & MASTER BEDROOMS
- Please remove magnets
and pictures from the refrigerator
- Clear countertops as
much as possible
- Have towels neatly
arranged or removed in all areas
- Have beds neatly made
and master bedroom free of clutter

FIREPLACE/HEARTH
- Free of clutter and
have well lit if possible - it is usually the focal point of the room

BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL |
- Open draperies, turn
off ceiling fans, and turn on as many lights as possible
- With your help, we will
be able to maintain an efficient filming schedule and will be able to
provide you with
professional photography of your property.
